Breakfast is enjoyable, especially in this peaceful setting. The staff, particularly Ann, are accommodating and helpful, even assisting with tour arrangements. this hotel is a great choice for those who enjoy karaoke and casinos.

I had an amazing time at Tnt Villa in Hoi An. The staff at the reception, especially the lady with glasses, provided me with valuable recommendations. Thanks to her, I found an excellent tailor nearby and got myself some fantastic custom-made suits at a reasonable price. The customer service was outstanding, as they even delivered my partner's forgotten watch to our hotel in Da Nang. Highly recommended! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room at Hoi An Tnt Villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub and separate shower. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is just a short walk to Old Town and close to the bridge. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a large bathtub and a balcony overlooking the pool. The staff are helpful and gracious, offering lots of information and tips. The buffet breakfast offers plenty of choices, including delicious noodle soup.

The shower in the room didn't have a tray to hold toiletries, so we had to put them in the sink.

The hotel offers excellent service and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great with easy access to the Hoi An riverside and Japanese Covered Bridge, both within a 10-minute walk. the breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety of options.

Some rooms have issues with noise from plumbing, which can be disruptive in the early morning. Another concern is the lack of blinds on the skylight above the room door, causing unwanted light to enter the room at night.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always ready to help out. They provided great service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to the main attractions in the area. We were able to walk to the old town and explore the sights. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast provided by the hotel, which gave us a good start to the day.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the bathtub in our room was located in an odd place, outside of the bathroom.
